NCLB documentary film---not

Hello, NET Members!
Are you getting the same media messages regarding NCLB that I am? More and more groups are pressing members of Congress to radically alter NCLB in much the way we are. And more and more of those members of Congress are acknowledging that 1) ELL and special ed students have unique requirements; 2) states need more leeway for using multiple means of assessment, as well as the funding to pay for it; and 3) punishing schools and kids is counterproductive. This could end up nothing but talk (so we will soon submit our proposal along with the others), but remember a few months ago when the only talk was to keep NCLB as-is? Things have changed.

I read a study showing that Internet users tend not to scroll, but that we will click. Consequently I have changed the format of the NETwork from one long scroll to a series of links. Enjoy.
